Description

You complete a 20-minutes yes/no questionnaire about technology, business and market progress on your technology.

UTEN@Austin works with you to perform a 4-8 hour review of your technology along key factors for commercialization.

UTEN@Austin work wirh you to perform a 40-60 hour market assessment.

We help you write a 2-3 page plan, based on prior results, that will result in your entry into the U.S. market. We serve as facilitators and catalysts in execution of the plan.

Our Efforts

We assess your application and let you know if we can proceed.

We lead the 4-8 hour assessment

- Inventor interview
- Institution interview
- 1-2 market interviews
- Rating results

We lead the assessment and preparatio of an 8-10 page report, plus appendices.  This includes 8-12 interviews of potential customers, end users and partners, and of scientific validators.

We co-author the plan with you and serve as facilitators in execution, especially in areas where a U.S. presence and experience is vital.

Required of You

Complete the questionnaire.

Support the inventor and institution (tech transfer office) interview, and participate in con calls.

Share your market contacts with us, if any; help us with writing and interviews; be part of the conversation as we receive feedback.

Be fully engaged as a partner in writing and execution; transition into the lead and into self sustainment.
