Active Commercialization

In active commercialization, Intellectual Property is treated less as an asset to be protected (though protection of IP is certainly important) and more as an opportunity to build wealth through commercialization. Protection is essential, but the focus is on engaging the market and building the venture.

Aggressive Market Engagement

There is no substitute for engaging the market with your technology and (potential) product. There is no shortage of surprises when the market is allowed to speak. Securing market feedback early and often deeply strengthens a venture and increases the opportunity to succeed in the market and build wealth.
